Specifications
Material: All parts to be made from prime grade mild cold rolled sheet steel (unless indicated otherwise) free from surface imperfections and capable of taking on a powder coat finish
Finish: Steel shall be cleaned with phosphatizing and metal preparation process. Finish coat shall be baked on powder coat enamel with 2-3 mil minimum of thickness. Color to be selected from manufacturers standard offering. All lockers are painted inside and out with the same color
Construction: Lockers shall be all-welded construction with 1" x 1" x 1/8" internal angle iron, welded into banks of multiple lockers sharing common backs, tops and bottoms. Welding of knock down style lockers is not acceptable.

Door Frame: The locker sides, tops, bottoms, and tier dividers are to be formed, creating the door frame with continuous 4-sided door strike. The side panel and vertical frame member shall be a single piece, eliminating seams. Lockers without 4 sided door strike shall not be acceptable. Intermediate frame members of two and three tier lockers shall be securely welded to the vertical frame members.

Doors: All doors to be formed from one piece 14 gauge steel with a single return at the top and bottom, double return on the sides to form a channel. Channel to be sufficient to fully conceal the lock bar. 1"x 1"1/8" angle iron is to be welded onto the interior of the door.

Vents: Diamond Perforation (other venting options are available)

Latch: Provide 3 point/3 side cremone style turn handles. Accepts both built in combination or padlocks
(Optional) Single point latch is optional on all lockers. An 11 gauge steel hook shall be securely welded to the vertical frame member. Frame hook will have a padlock hasp that protrudes through the stainless steel recessed handle. The frame hook shall be designed to accept the Masterlock 1690 built-in combination lock.

Body: All locker body components shall be made of 16 gauge cold rolled mild steel, specifically formed for added strength and rigidity. The front edge of the shelf shall have a double return flange. Tops and bottoms of lockers shall be one piece, continuous within each group of lockers.
Lockers 60" and 72" high include a hat shelf, two single side hooks and one single back hook. Lockers 48" and less do not come standard with a hat shelf.
